just wondering, doesnt iphone 3gs and (hopefully) next gen ipod touch have same hardware specs as this?

i've read somewere that 3gs and pandora has same and that they (might)? run older games at high speeds

The latest iStuff does have about the same CPU / GPU, but the Pandora's GPU is said to be slightly better, and the clock-speed is higher as well.

It may be. But the controlls on an ipod touch or an iphone aren't good for playing classics and emulators.

They've "filled" orders? Of the 3800 Pandoras that have been manufactured, where is there 1 vid on YouTube where it isn't in bits and pieces? I read the dev has yet to "Build a test device and check if everything is okay"

Guess I used the wrong verb there.
They've taken 3800 pre-orders.

They're going to be in mass production soon, I think they're still adjusting the D-pad a little.
