I just found this album, its fantastic! Has to be one of my most played records.....
Most people my age (I'm 15) don't know who Tom Waits is, man are they missing out...

you're not the only one, i'm 15 too, but i know what you mean. its frustrating really, the conversation dies once i bring up my music tastes with everybody asking 'who!?'. What album are you refering to? Waits is a genius.

the album version of this song brings tears to my eyes for the bachelor I left behind all those years ago... stretched it out till my mid-thirties, dodged a lot of bullets! late fifties now, though, and still in touch with my old self... send a smile every so often to that guy... but the four kids my woman and I brought into this world more than makes up for whatever the hell it is that I 'lost' by getting married....
