    hat er doch schon. Kreatin ist ein stoff der dafür sorgt das der Muskel eiweiß aufnehmt. Dies geschieht dadurch das durch das Kreatin im Muskel mehr wasser eingelagert wird. (Dadurch sieht dann der Muskel auch größer aus als er ist). Zudem sorgt es dafür das sich der Muskel schneller und besser regeneriert. Desweiteren solte man mehr wasser trinken weil das kreatin über die leber abgebaut wird.
