The Riff wasn't actally a full sample. Kerry King from Slayer played a lot of the guitar on this album and he just redid the riff from Sweet Leaf and then they cut it in.

The very beginning is from LZ's "When the Levee Breaks". At 0:14 the riff that kicks in is from Black Sabbath's "Sweet Leaf".

They do a great job with those riffs, working the scratching in, one of my favorites from BB

I think John Bonham from Led Zeppelin was the first person to make this drum beat famous..Led Zeppelins - "When the Levee Breaks" was recorded i the 70's and has the same beat.

Yes it's a sample of when the levee breaks. To say 'make this drum beat famous' is a little misleading too, it's his drum beat and it was recorded very uniquely which gives it the big sound.
