They havent added anything to the original idea. Dylans was revolutionary bit of film making for the time. That time has passed. What I see is a bad copy with silly tricks of reverse and speed, just to keep up with the time.
Whats great about Dylans is that it didnt quite work.

Not even a good copy of Bob Dylans Subterranean. What is it with the other band member suddenly appearing into the frame just moving around in strange ways?? No Narrative or structure.
