    Shifting gears: Hoover forced Kennedy to put LBJ on the ticket or Hoover would expose the tip of the iceberg of Kennedy's philandering. Then LBJ needed to be president just to get the leverage to keep his own sorry behind out of prison as his past crimes were catching up with him. Don't ever trust a politician. They are not worthy.
