He's a socialist! The coupons he's talking about are from the government! They are from the NTIA, the Department of Commerce's National Telecommunications and Information Administration. He tells you to go to the velocity store's website and apply for the NTIA coupon. But he doesn't tell you the store's website is sending your info to the government. You are not getting the coupon from the store but from the government. That's taxpayer money.
