That babttle you just saw is impossible, you start off with no magic and other things and those black knights slaughter you so that there is an excuse to wake up at the rebles base where Leon has gon missing but is in fact working for the empire now... WTF
Yeah but most of the people would have bought IV instead of II because it's more advanced and Square would have lost money... You can still consider yourself lucky, here in Europe we had to wait the seventh episode to see the FF franchise in our contries all of that just because in Japan they were sure we didn't like RPG...
possibly but you have to remember I and many others didn't get a snes when it first came out. I wanted one but it was too expensive I didn't get mine until late 92. And I loved my nes and would have still gotten it anyways even if I had had a supernes because of the first one. I think it would have still made lots of money but you're right IV would have probably outsold it. (being such an epic game).
no 3 is the black sheep. You get to fight the devil in this one. Who doesn't like to do that? Just equip 2 weapons on the whole party. You'll kill everybody before they can do anything. Beat the main boss in 3 turns. The nes version is bad. Most of the jobs are useless and the main boss has one stupid attack. the first 2 and the snes trilogy are the pinnacle of the series. The remake of 3 is good though.
I meant the way you upgrade your characters stats. On all of the others you battle to gain points which go toward stats. On this what action you take inbattle determines what is upgraded.
