Martial Arts Odyssey: Muay Lao Part 2

Forget all the haters. Great vids. It is SO difficult to learn the technique - Ur very fortunate to speak Thai, though.  I'm 33, and just discovered muay thai late last year. Been training pretty hard, but the recovery is hardest for me, because I lack ankle bones/joint strength. I'm going to Vientiane, soon. Would very much like to visit this gym. Just train hard, do ur best, it's so much fun, and extreme sense of satisfaction. Forget anything that anybody says.

If you gotta knee injury just tell your coach "chep khao" and he'll know what's up.

chep khao just means your knee hurts but this is a permanent injury and he cant do anything about it. so i just go easy on it. obviously i speak thai really well but this video is shot in lao, so the language is not exactly the same.

It is pretty different.
Lao is alot less formal and the intonation is different.
