We heard in China when they had a drought scientists made it rain using technology, however instead of rain they got snow as weather temp dropped. But what this leaves is a huge question. If science can make it rain in China then why is famine due to drought being allowed in third world countries? Rockefella et al do all this stuff for the good of the world they say, so why do they let so many starve to death of hunger, given they finance or run most of science tech
