u used to teach classes at fitcom berlin mitte. i loved ur classes! u r the one that totally dragged me into step aerobics and now i cant stop doing it anymore! :) all cause of u!

He is awesome... but the coreography is a litlle bit too dificult.. what method is he using? its not addition, split or other i know is just presenting final product... someone...?
It ALL has been build with the traditional methods... Layering mixed with the Lineal in the begining of the class and then crossfrazed.
