would be a engine dyno most likely cause I know it isn't putting all it's power to the wheels or it would run away on him

you can even have them do a custom engine if you want, if you want a Chevy 572, they can build you one with a 572 or even Viper V10, or Powerstroke diesel engine if you're a Ford or Dodge guy :D
