Not true. Dred Scott v. Sandford ruled that citizenship is acquired by place of birth, not through blood or lineage. There have been several other presidents that were children of foreigners, that does not revoke their ability to be a naturalized citizen. Regard, his mother was a U.S. citizen.

Naatee, Dred Scott did not change the requirements set forth in the Constitution to be eligible to hold the office of President. "No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

Natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. ( The Law of Nations, Vattel 1758, Book 1, chapter 19, paragraph 212) This is the legal text that was used by the founders of our nation, and the framers of our Constitution. This same definition has been used in decisions handed down by the Supreme Court in the past. This text is still in use today.

Yes, this photo was released by Obama's campaign, in response to Hillary Clinton's remark, that Obama might not be ready to handle that 3 Am phone call. Given his delayed response to Fort Hood and the Underwear bomber, and taking 6 months to make a decision on more troops for Afganistan, I would say she was right.

Your Right. Obama is a fraud and he won't show his birth certificate, because he doesn't have one. Thanks for your reply!

British law, commonwealth, kenya was a part of the commonwealth, can't remember when they got independence, but it was after i was born, and obama was born before I was. All I know is, it will cost him $10 to shut everyone up, but yet he is spending millions to keep you talking, that is bad politics, he is backing the horse that is giving him the best chance of survival

Well, the only way the Birth Certificate will prove that he is a natural born citizen, is to show that he real father was not Barack Obama SR.

Honestly, we've become a nation of naive and stupid people to even allow someone to take over the White House without first proving their qualifications. Any one of us would have to produce proof of our citizenship to get any regular job, but you don't have to do this to become President of the United States?

Oh well, let's all go back to playing with our iPhones ...

@DeadBull17 ; I'll vote for you man. You can do a better job than he does I'm sure. Oh by the way, there would be no America left for you to rule over once you're elected cuz this "pretend" fool is going to run our country to the ground.
