Is it supposed to be working my arms and chest? I can barely even feel it in my stomach, but I feel it in these other areas.

Yeah me too, I can hardly feel it in my abs at all. My guess is that when you're strong enough to do loads, your abs will start to feel it too... it's probably just that your arms and chest need to "catch up" with your abs

wow. my dad had this and i never knew how to use it. i assumed it was for abs. i tried to do it 1 day but i didnt know u shud keep ur knees on the floor. try doing this in a pushup position.i feel like an idiot.

This is great training , I do it with a dumbell with the same effect.Got my six pack quickly. Cardio is also important for excess fat burning and low fat foods of course. No pain no gain.:-)

Great video... I had bought one a while ago and just recently found it stored away. I was not doing it as instructed in this video but I am glad i saw it because theres a lot less stress in my back. Thanks

This is some good instruction. I like the explanation of common things people do wrong. Another tip if you are having trouble is to roll out while going up an incline (like a board resting on a bench) to build up strength.
