This info is in her supplemental report on Katrina and is a matter of Congressional record. Anyone want to debate that with Congress? People who use the term "conspiracy theory" use it because they don't want to think or do the research! I am voting for Cynthia, she is one of the few that tells the truth about what is really going on!
