if there's one thing about this song, is that there is no bullshit in it. the recording isn't "perfect" and and it all sounds natural. just a group of guys not trying to be cool, just playing a song and making it work. i miss these days...

Agreed! Todays music just has too much editing and stuff. It's cool to listen too sometimes, but real talent is disapearing. OR so it seems. Like Justin Bieber, worst singer I have ever heard, but with all this editing crap, he can make himself sound decent. 90's and 80's and early 2000's were teh best. :)
