I feel Wanted has more of a Japanese anime fighting influence. The thing about bullets is key, American style is shooting as much as possible, Japanese is doing more with less
i think that wanted was just more philosophical than comedic, or action-related. on purpose, it shows this stereo-typical hollywood action film, with a 'mission' 'following the steps of your father' all that crap that has been going on in the film industry that has practically delved into society's mind set! until the last 2 or 3 minutes of the film, the only plot going on is absurdity. And the last lines (the part that I loved) 'this is me taking back control from sloan, from the fraternity,
Great review of a good movie. I went in expecting Wanted to be a terrible action flick and was pleasantly surprised by the humor and over the top action.
I can't believe you guys liked this piece. I don't know if I've ever felt more disconnected from a movie than I was during these mind-numbing action scenes. Oh well, to each his own.
the old man says he was involved in the original batman tv show wich he also defends saying it's better than TDK so it isn't necessary good experience. michel bay also has experience,he did a couple of schools but his movie's aren't that great.i've seen a couple of movies in my time so please don't judge me.these reviews are funny but that's all.
lorenzo co-created and wrote for the original batman tv series, which is a camp classic...and please dont compare him to michael bay...so youve seen movies...ive watched brain surgery..doesnt mean i know how to do it
