Very bad question. I am FAR for being a fan of Dion (no one loved him in Quebec) but the question is totally uncleared. Bad journalism. Regarding the fact that he speaks an average English, well at least he speaks 2. How do you call someone who speaks 3 languages: trilingual, 2: Bilingual, 1: Anglo. Man, we are not in the 19th century... I do speak 4.

the reporter asked a stupid question that doesn't make sense (gramatically anyways) and to say that they wouldn't play the video but decided to show it anyways for the "shock value" is just stupid. Not defending Dion because I'm not a huge fan but the question was poorly phrased.
