Doug Weight hit on Brandon Sutter

nice hit. sutter's fault he got hurt. doug weigh didnt want to hurt him. weights a veteran and he knows better. he even said that in an interview. so enough bullshit with people saying it was a cheapshot or dirty hit

If you watch hockey than be ready for hits like this one...cuz I mean this is hockey...it was Sutters fault cuz he was looking down....if you don't like hits or fights than don't watch hockey

I'm sorry, but I don't have much symphathy for Sutter on this play.

What the hell is he thinking by leaning way forward like that at the last second? Weight was lining him up for a big clean hit in the open ice and Sutter puts himself in the most vulnerable of positions at the last possible second. What does he expect to happen?

Whether its a clean hit or a dirty hit, any type of hit to the head should be worth a suspension. Period.

Think of how many NHL players have gotten concussions so far this season. You probably won't remember all of their names.

Okay this is why women are not NHL commissioners, no offence. Hockey has ALWAYS been like this, but the difference now days people are huge wimps and realisticly Sutter should not have reached out like that. He has himself to blame for the high hit because he BENT DOWN. Honestly.

how about pile driving a defenses face into the boards from behind. (Iginla on Souray). That shit is far more dangerous then hits to the head. But no, niggy is a "good sports man", bullshit... NHL has always been inconsistent and will stay that way, there will always be cheap shots.
