I think it is for the Famicom that game because in the NES the title is green, not purple.

Good game. Much better then nes MG1. Even Hideo Kojima liked this "unauthorized" sequel and this inspired him to make MG2:Solid Snake.
Anyway MSX2 version is still better. But compared to other nes games, this was excellent.
