I have a dream that seems so out of reach, many call it impossible. Impossible is a word that does not exist in my vocabulary. We are what we think about. Thoughts become things. Visualization is the key. NOTHING is impossible. That right there is double negative that REALLY says: EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

Listening to this song makes me feel silly for being so wrapped up in physical beauty. You become beautiful when you feel beautiful. A lot of women these days have forgotten that.

Years ago I was privileged to have been one of those singers gathered in David Tyson's living room in L.A. around his beautiful white Oberheim grand piano listening to you spill your heart out over songs that had not yet been recorded (or released). To this very day you are Canada's missing link, one of the most underrated singers of our time.

I carried this incredible poem around in my purse for months, while trying to contact Dr. Maya Angelou to get her permission to put it to music. One day she showed up -- serendipitously - at a taping of the Dini Petty show that I was also on...Reading this story made me burst out crying..really inspired me so much THANK YOU!!!
