Outrun is brilliant. I was on a motorbike touring holiday a couple of weeks ago in France and had the music going round my head as I rode on the motorways. Classic!

I know how just how you feel. one question though: Out of all the sequals you have played, do you still come back to the original? For me, none of the other sequals did it for me except for Turbo Outrun.

I can't play this game without listening to Splash Wave.

It's odd, because I wasn't even born when this game was around. I'm 15 years old and I have played more games that are older than me instead of games from this generation.

I just find driving as fast as I can to Goal B a tad more entertaining than blowing the heads off of Nazi Zombies

Good for you man. I recommend the Top Gear games if you haven't played them already. Great sense of speed for the time and totally awesome tunes as well.

I've already played all Top Gear games for the SNES and N64, and my personal favorite was Top Gear Rally. God, that music is really kick ass.
