Colbertroader: Glad to hear that you lost all that weight. I lost 25 pounds this summer myself. I am working on getting muscle mass. This workout is pretty ridiculous. Hopefully it works.

I tried this for the first time today. Oh my God, I was begging for death. And I was only doing a fraction of the number of reps that they suggest. Don't try this if you are not in shape. I workout regularly; I wouldn't of tried it otherwise because I would of had a heart attack.

I've done it 4 times. Today was best time 17:30. And I'm using a 2 ft 4" box 'cause that's all I have. 12 months ago I was almost 40 lbs fatter high BP, high cholesterol brutal cardio capacity..............come a long way. Consistency, dedication & great nutrition.
