Sen. John McCain refutes a global warming denier

if he wanted a religious nut as his vice p what makes him an expert on anything other then "believing in something".
Does he know for a fact? no one does, so he must be the smartest man in the world..or just another pocket for "green" cash..that's the only green they care about. The earth randomly fluctuates in temperature decade by decade, quit blaming it on cow farts.

I'm not a fan of McCain, but I applaud him for this. At least he believes in science, and knows global warming is real as opposed to his GOP pals, particularly Ron Paul. Glad he gave that denier what he deserved.

Except that it will affect agriculture and water supplies, change the area of inhabitable land, and cause resource wars over said resources. We are already seeing displacement in some low lying Pacific islands, and much of the conflict in Darfur can be traced to water depletion in Lake Chad due to climate change. It WILL affect us. All of us.

You get some land. Then you create a glass house and put plants into it which in turn traps heat and c02 in which the plants need to thrive. the glass prevents heat from escaping. So if our planet is getting hotter do to getting closer to the galactic center of the universe then it is a stupid notion that cutting down tree's which eat c02 and output oxygen. and pump more and more co2 into the atmosphere the heat will be trapped just like in a green house. It is trapped because hotter temps&co2

If the sun is producing more heat then it is a great idea to produce more green house gasses in order to keep the suns heat in. What a great comment you ignorant fool. Go get a life
