I don't think it was loaded. It sounded very high pitched and clean when he cocked the sled. Only the sled made sounds when pulled back and forth. A Bullet makes a sound when its transported into the chamber. Im German so maybe all the words are wrong, i translated some words 1:1 hoping it means the same :)

Oh, I should read on before posting...

@Shootingcoach: I enjoyed your other clips too. But I didn't realized you are the one in the video, I thought you ripped those somewhere. I Hope to find help with an training schedule of some sort. I often don't know when to practice what. Even the order of training units I cannot figure well. I am not improving much anymore. I got no results on google. Maybe wrong spelling or just wrong words :)

where you're using "Sled", the word you're looking for is "slide". pretty good otherwise

haha thats actually really clever! by the way, this excersice has actually cured my curse of hitting right of my intended target. thanks man. its amazing how something so simple can make a huge impact.
