combatarmsmaniac, don't know about the racist part because I don't know you personally, as for whether or not 'you' (and perhaps a few others) think she's a good singer, Praise the Lord 'your' opinion(s) are not the only ones that matter. One thing though, since 'you' feel this way, why not go to the sites you 'do' enjoy and post your comments there? Oh wait, I get it, why make someone happy when you can 'try' and *p off those you don't? You need prayer sir, God help you.

combatarmsmanic, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder", as the saying goes. Take the matter of her singing and looks up with the God who made her, and see how He feels about it. Sitting behind that computer taking nasty swipes at people who've never done anything to you personally is really childish. Then again, we "all" reap what we've sown, and you ought to watch yourself because it will come back around to bite you real bad. Disagreement is one thing, your comments are petty.

Yeah, well apparently even the white country audience want to see somebody different doing country for a change, or Ms. Palmer and the guy from Hootie wouldn't be so successful. The case is STILL open, despite what you're saying.

Actually, punk is an American invention--check out Iggy & the Stooges,one of the earliest punk rock groups (a full decade before the term "punk" was even coined) and they were from the Detroit area. Also check out another punk rock group (an all-black one) from Detroit called Death, who are just now getting their due. Most of the British punk rock groups were influenced by the Stooges & other garage rock bands of the late 60's/early '70's. I like this "Country Girl" song--it's catchy
