That's the name of the song on the soundtrack (I don't own the soundtrack but the web site I got the song from had video game soundtracks for download).

I think this is the song's true name, even though it wasn't used in the Clockwork Mansion area.

This same thing happened in Super Castlevania IV, where the song was called Clockwork Mansion but the Clock stage level didn't play it. Instead it was Stage 4 :/

I agree. Castlevania 4 has one of the best soundtracks ever made for a 16-bit game. This version is ok, but just can't touch the original.
