I don't disagree with the criticism of the Fed, but that Jefferson quote has been used and reused so much that people have forgotten that Jefferson never said it. The only verified part of the famous quote comes from an 1816 letter to John Taylor:

"And I sincerely believe, with you, that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies; and that the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity, under the name of funding, is but swindling futurity on a large scale"

To add comment - this was a response to what was then the prevalent practice of central banks: to issue money out of thin air to governments in exchange for interest paid by taxes. The Fed's scheme is slightly different and more sophisticated than this.

They should all be thrown into solitary confinement for life!

I think everyone in America should just go on strike. We should agree on a date. Then just not go to work until the government meets our demands. And the first thing we should demand is the abolishment of the Federal Reserve. And the return to either gold & silver coin. Or at least the system Lincoln wanted to implement discussed from 1:32 to 1:55. Which is the same system Bill Still purposes in this film. We wouldn't have to hold out long either before the government came to a screeching halt !

I disagree. Watch lots of television especially the news from the major networks. Do not read anything unless it contains topics associated with celebrities. Eat food from boxes. Drive an SUV. DO NOT go to college. In fact, drop out of high school now. Use lots of drugs. Drink lots of alcohol. Believe everything advertised. And you women, please get pregnant.
