Actually she ordered her army to destroy the country where the girl of green lived. The blue and red countries retaliated, and since the princesses army was weak from attacking the green country, and the townspeople revolted against her, she couldn't protect herself. So her brother did.

This actually isn't an anime. There might be an anime called "servant of Evil" but the four characters shown (the green, blue, and blonde haired ones and the red armored one) are all vocaloid's: vocal software that people buy to make songs with. The one singing is named Len Kagamine

i said i didnt know. vocaloids are anime-like poeple however, so its easy to confuse them.
