I spent hours and hours and hours beating this game over and over late at night. The music and theme were just so hypnotizing and mystic. I think my initial interest in the game Karnov helped develop my interest in this game, although Rygar needs no precedent. Loved the ps2 remake of it as well. The music wasn't like the original(being so hypnotizing), but not many games have ever had that. Some in my opinion are Zelda, Secret of Mana, Ninja Gaiden1,2,&3, the Castlevanias, etc.
Garudoh, Is your archive of all these tracks in some kind of ranking order? If so..man, I think this < Platoon. Very generous with the Platoon ranking.
Great game. Great soundtrack. Fantastic nostalgia trip. Did they really work Brahm's Lullaby (2:23) into my super repeat-action cool slicing shield-on-a-chain adventure game? Nice!
Unless they can somehow work the theme song from Fraggle Rock into God of War IV, this is the all-time coolest and seamless transition of a classic tune.
