Oh yeah, their goal is to get the government to regulate pet food. What would then happen to the price? It would absolutely skyrocket. Many people would then not be able to have pets and other people would be put out of work because of lower sales in pet products.
Oh for goodness sake, simply feed your pets RAW foods, organic meat, fish and veges, end of ! No jabs or chipping either...they are wild animals and should be treated as such, if you regard your 'pet' as domesticated, you will be stuck in sleep mode, no animal is ever a 'pet' or 'domesticated' so start giving them the respect they deserve ! If you can't do that, then don't bother having a cat or a dog in your care, end of !
animals have been bred for hundreds of years to be domestic, they still have wild instincts but that doesn't mean you can just start feeding them raw meet. It can actually make them sick if they are not used to it. Also, vegetables are just an empty filler, they don't have the calories your dog needs. My dog is a domestic pet, he would die if he was alone in the wild, and hes very happy being pampered and treated as such.
