four weeks is ok. the muay lao stadium is just outside of vientiane and training is cheap. please let me know how it goes.

seriously learn how to used your youtube page...i cant help but notice everytime someone "replys" to someone on your page you automaticly think der replying to you then get all confused and mad kuz you think their talking bad about you but there talking to someone else..its kinda funny really. But if you get a comment in your youtube mailbox then the reply is to you, if its not in your mailbox but just shows up on the video then the replys is for someone else.

Muay Thai/Lao focuses alot more on momentum and balance. It takes alot to be able to land a knee/kick correctly without falling.

Where is the GYM ?

I would love to go over and train for a good few months or weeks .

the gym is just outside of vientianne city just ask any driver for the muay lao stadium
