Such bull. They play this as if it's dangerous for people to be armed. Like the one guy says, All of these people running around trigger happy and on edge ... ??? Seems like most of the people they interview and most of his careful comments were very slanted to the gun control side.

ALL of the bill of rights should be uphold. If you bann the second amendment whats next the first( freedom of speach ) think about it. An armed man (leagly) is a citizen an unarmed man is a subject.

More guns = More violence?
Lets look at Texas and New Hampshire.
Both have open carry. The shootings happen in the G-F Zones, not in the open. Why....?
Hint Who will have a gun in the Gun-Free Zone. When you have armed sensible people out there the criminal doesn't have a chance. One person dies - the criminal, Columbine can't happen. Oh wait there were 15 laws that were broken when he entered Columbine, and not one of those laws helped. If we passed 20 more laws would that have helped?

Actually you are incorrect on Texas being an open carry state. I am a resident of Texas and I can tell you we most definately DO NOT have open carry. However that being said, there is an open carry proposal that is heading to the Texas state legeslature around December, that most likely will make it to Governor Perry's desk. Governor Perry has already stated that if an open carry bill should reach his desk that he would sign the bill into law. You were correct on the New Hampshire part.

The supreme court only confirmed what we already knew. Any other decision would have been a tremendous defeat for liberty and absolutely against the intentions of the men who wrote the constitution.
