The only reason we are seeing this craft is because they want us to ,meaning with this model of craft itself being at least 15 years old as written in some records about it..

In the technology they do posses that we don't see must be even greater than this...

maybe the camera is small and hand held. and if its on auto focu and night time, when the object goes out of focus, you NEED to move the camera around to have it focus again. this footage i rekon is REAL. the circle and flash at the end is the same as what i saw in 2000. US NAVY

Here's a helpful hint: point the camera at the object you wish to video. Keep that object in the viewfinder, which shouldn't be too difficult when the object is moving slowly or is stationary. I'd talk about focus, but I'm all out of free advice, the rest you have to pay for.
