Even though dolphins are lame, I've seen much less convincing water effects in many 3D games. This has some pretty impressive work in it.

i remember how hard i thought this game was when i was a kid. now i play the roms and im bored out of my mind. games have come a long way and i guess my brain has too LOL :/

I knew that, I was just saying that at first I thought I was watching/listening to the Genesis version until I read the description. The music sounded too good to be the Genesis version is what I was saying.

The Sega CD version was the best if for no other reason than the amazing CG flashback scenes from the original game.

They sure don't make Ecco like they used to... =(
