you click on the F . I . S . H book in the HQ and go to the page with the thing thats asking you to buy the secret agent clothes and click on the glasses. you will see night vision glasses for 1000 coins and if you have that much you can buy it and wear it or use it in missions. its like a secret item like in the gift shop. hope thats helps!
