this same exact music is remixed in Castlevania Circle of the Moon (GBA).

This version is simply better on all counts. It has better pacing, and general flow, using the same composition of the original, delivered in similar style to a waltz.

I just need to wait for an Orchestra to pick this one up and play it. With the proper instrumentation and conducting, I'm near positive this will be a very moving piece worthy of "Pants in need of a trip to the cleaners" status.

which was explain in the introduction of castlevania 3 dracula's curse where the people of romania were afried of the belmonts because of there super human powers which where they got it from is from alucard which both alucard and sonia had a love child which is trever and of course for stupid reasons iga had to remove the story of sonia as the first belmont insted making leon belmont as the first belmont i mean what the hell what was iga thinking i

thank god for that now if only sonia belmont from castlevania legends is brought back in the timeline i dont see the point of why iga doesnt want a female belmont in the main timeline i thought it was cool to have a female belmont for ar a change not to mention when you beat the game castlevania legends that sonia give birth to a baby which i think its suposed to be trevor belmont which suposed to explain how the belmont clan have super human powers

Ah, this takes me back years ago when I first played through Castlevania Legacy Of Darkness and Castlevania Bloodlines. I'm still not sure which version of the song I like more after all these years though. I guess it would have to be the original version from Bloodlines. That's not to say this version is bad though.

Honestly out of all the different versions featured throughout the Castlevania games, this is the best version of Sinking Old Sanctuary. Its just so perfect and smooth. And people said the N64 couldn't play quality music. pffftt. great song.
