When I make okonomiyaki, it is the exact same process. How many eggs? More water? More flour? Is the cabbage cut up small enough? Luckily, okonomiyaki is hard to screw up. Glad to hear about places in Phoenix to find sauce. I had run out of ingredients. Thanks!
