much better for your triceps than the regular. But you don't get to train your pecs like you do with the regular.

Irrespective of positioning, push-ups remain rather tricep-oriented. It's difficult to work the biceps without equipment, unless you've got a natural bar of some kind. Shopping bags work okay!

knuckle clap push ups like hand claps except u do everythin w/ ur knuckles instead of an open palm theres not really any difference though

Diamond pushups? (Works triceps intensely)
Hand Clap pushups? (Clap hands before landing, works your explosive power)
Superman pushups? (Hands as far in front of you as possible, very hard to do!!!)
Planche pushups? (No feet on the ground)
90 degree pushups? (Like planche, hard to explain)
Wide grip pushups? (Works the Pectoralis Major)
Shoulder pushups? (I don't know the name, but you lean slghtly forward and it works the deltoid)
Handstand pushups? (Works the Deltoid and Triceps)
