I thought the GOP was still blaming Pres. Clinton for the economic collapse! hahaha Yep, the GOP always blamed Clinton for the economic downturn in the early 2000s.  Now they're blaming Obama. No wonder their party lost the last several years' worth of elections and have now been reduced to nothing but a nominal, powerless political party.

NocternalRevenue: What I am saying is, you give this fiscally sound argument 9 YEARS TOO LATE. Where were you when Bush turned a surplus into a deficit? It was a problem then too, something that people should remember. Also, yes I don't agree with raising spending, but IF you are going to do it, you have to raise taxes to pay for it. Again where was the shouting and complaining from the right when Bush was forwarding the cost of two wars to our children and grandchildren?

What we have now is a president who, as you say spends more money while raising taxes which ain't gonna work either. His reckless spending will cause the value of the dollar to drop like a rock. Then you will see an economic collapse as China puts us in their back pocket and walks away. You can only blame Bush so long.
