Is that a 5 speed? What engine is it, 2.2?

To my ear it sounds like you are waiting too long for the shift. Try shifting earlier and see if you don't get better results. Even diesels with rotary injection pumps don't really need to be wound up tight.

Nice! Is that a 5 speed? I have an 82 Mazda B2200 - same engine with a 5 speed and a 3.90. It'll do about 0-60. Oh, you want a time for that? Whenever it feels like it. 0-60 time = about 25 seconds if at all, but then I haven't managed to time it... too busy driving and shifting. Great video and it sounds like you've got a good runner! Keep it up!

why does everyone talk shit on here my god its a diesel ranger they wernt designed to be fast i had,i wish i never would have sold it, an 1987 diesel ranger which was a 2.3L with a turbo,it had a/c a sliding rear window fancy right? n it was a beast it turnd 35 inch tall tires at a top speed of 70mph, damn i think thats highway speed ha.
