I totally agree with everything he says except for the fact that interval training burns belly fat. The truth is it reduces total body fat not just that on the belly. Other than that it was very informative. I have been using vastmuscle (.com) workouts for 2 years and lost 46 pounds. Couldn't be happier.

Yea I'm sure its what most ppl are concerned about so he mentions that as a top priority. But your right, it would decrease your overall body fat %. I'm sure thats where most ppl end up getting fat tho....damn processed food!

this is true... it's simple nutrition diet based information... if you decrease the calories you take in, what's going to happen? you're going to lose weight.. so don't be an ass and be like that.. if you have half a brain you'd do this..
