The phone doesnt have a IM built in but you can download an application for IM for free on the sprint store (Aim, Yahoo, Windows Live are the supported)

Very nice video and understanding. On my website you can have access to online texting for free. Create a contact list of friends for texting. Just go to my profile to see.
