I have watched the scene in Bertolucci's "The Dreamers" 20 times and I did not realize that they were referencing a Godard film. Thanks.

Actually, I finally got to see "Bande a part." It is amazing in a lot of ways, although it has aged. I thought it was quite similar to Truffaut's "Shoot the Piano Player."
I guess I have to brush up on my nouvelle vague.

I always think of this scene when I'm at a museum and wonder what the record is there/if I could break it. I could never do it in such style, though.

Hahaha, Ana Karina beats the other two assholes here and in the dance scene.
She is absolutely beautiful.
