Castlevania II: Simon's Quest - Bloody Tears

No it wasn't you just had to play it like an rpg you couldn't just jump into it. I found out AFTER beating it there was a level up system, which would reset when you die, save, or shut the power off. You just had to be in the zone :D

@ed170rg the original straight versions tend to be, when people start making different versions they just suck.

The game is not that bad if you can forget about awful controls,cheap enemies,cheap traps,pausing the gameplay at random moment,pointless dialgues and stupid puzzles...but then i guess it's better just not to play it.

@TheEloeo If you stop to think , those stupids Games you probably play in Ps2,Ps3 , whatever , all stared like this ...
And i prefer much more this game , in terms of Originality and more , than that stupid "Lords of Shadow" that seems more with God of War than Castlevania.

1.I don't have PS2( i used to have it,but it was long time ago) or PS3 or any other consoles.I love old games for NES and SNES,i just don't like Simon's Quest.
2.Castlevania II is a classic game,however classic games don't always have to be good.There are much better games in this series like part III or IV.
3.Didn't say i like Lords of Shadow,actually i think it's gonna suck,Castlevania should always be 2D(or 3D with 2D gameplay,but not 3D gameplay)

Oh , Im sorry , I was just blind with angry against those who dont understand the meaning of the existence of those Myths...
