Over a year later and this ad appears to have been completely bogus. For the record, Obama has been president for most of a year and gas is currently under $3/gallon.
Look up a gasoline price chart and see how prices went from $1.75/gallon to over $4/gallon between 2001 and 2008 when Bush Jr was president. How did the Bush's make their money? Oh yeah, oil.
