how do you get u2 out of this? seriously.

this music is just music, dont judge it by comparing it to U2 especially since they aren't seeming to "copy" U2 to thers no need to even compare them to U2, just take the band as it is dont MAKE them fit ur expectations....jst watch and listen and move on

I really want to like them but unfortunately nothing new here. U2 meets Bob Dylan.

Poor comparison. U2 lack the energy, exuberance and angst that The Walkmen bring, along with the fact that U2 have one of the weakest drum sections of any recent popular rock band, something The Walkmen always excel in. I would go on and on, but only so many characters.

why are they even being compared to u2? i really don't see the resemblance at all.
bono's vocal range doesn't go as high as hamilton's, but hamilton's doesn't go as low as bono's. everything about the bands' music are completely different. worst comparison ever

Hamilton's Voice Reminds Me Of Rod Stewart, But That's Just Me. Anyway, This Band Is Underrated.

I really hate the U2 comparison that this band gets all the time. I guess it's because of the soaring vocals but The Walkmen's music has a lot more soul than anything Bono's ever touched. Just my opinion.
