Why DELL is not supported windows XP on this machine? Any hint how to install without crashes. We want to test this machine on a SeePoint Kiosk but drivers for printer and touchscreen not well compatible in vista.

Absolutely brilliand desing... since last year I was making some desing to reduce the size of my PC, but Dell has come out with possibly one of the best designs until now, without sacrifice power, convenience and versatility!!! 5 out of 5

I like this product, its desireable for it's aesthetic. If its possible to put XP on it or linux, I would bang XBMC on there in a second.

For those who have experience, is this unit capable of playing 720 and 1080p MKV files reliably?

It is a little pricey though I do feel. Blu-ray's a tempting factor.
