MrfixitRick., i just want to ask you about the kind of small generator you used in this project (the one mounted on top of the cd turbine).. where can we get that? is it available comercially? Your reply will be very much appreciated.. thank you..

This particular model of generator I have not seen lately. Most any wind-up crank type flashlight can be used as the generator. Search "hand crank flashlight" on Google.

It's not enough that I make a revolutionary magnetic disc turbine out of recycled CD parts, run it off faucet water pressure and make power with it, all while having fun doing it?

Because of its unique qualities, the Tesla Turbine design is about to revolutionize the world. Look a little deeper and you may discover this idea.

It's recyclable energy. In today's world where fossil fuels are running low, this stuff needs to be used.

If it was quieter and had an alternate means of reusing the water which flowed through the turbine, people would have no reason not to use it... and thus no reason to continue polluting the environment.

Experimentation and sharing knowledge like this is necessary.
