So listen to understandable content of my target language let's say for two years, three hours per day make me comfortable to speak the language as native speaker ?

Yes, but not just listening, studying. You could speak with a native speaker i think

Hello, I'm from Brazil I just learnt english by doing that I've been doin that for 1 and half years I can understand everything however I never spoke with a american, but i think I can carry on a conversation without problems.
